- Agios Nikolaos is a small, charming town known for its relaxed atmosphere and stunning scenery. It is famous for Lake Voulismeni, a deep lake in the center of town, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. According to
local myths, the goddess Athena used to bathe in its waters!
Once we arrive, you will have about 5 hours to explore at your own pace. Walk along the scenic waterfront, relax on the sandy beaches, or discover hidden streets filled with small shops and cozy cafes. You can buy handmade souvenirs, taste local sweets, or simply enjoy the laid-back vibe of the town.
Feeling hungry? Try delicious Greek food at a local taverna. Fresh seafood, traditional Cretan dishes, and tasty desserts are waiting for you!
After a day of exploring, we will meet back at the bus for a comfortable ride home. Sit back, relax, and think about the great memories you made in Agios Nikolaos.
